I'm Gemma
I'm an executive and performance coach. Before becoming a coach, I spent 15 years leading within John Lewis, the UK's leading department store, and went on to create a successful international business.
I know what it is to be capable, ambitious and trusted by other people, while privately carrying doubt, pressure and questions that achievement alone does not answer.
My own life has included extraordinary highs alongside failure, shame and severe anxiety. That experience shapes how I coach. I can meet the woman behind the role without overlooking the standards, responsibilities and ambition she carries.
